If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the garment in “as new” condition within 14 days and we will replace it or refund your money.

Wool Country respects and complies with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act and will resolve a quality issue fairly and appropriately. In most cases a replacement garment will be provided or a refund given. However, all returned garments are inspected with a commonsense approach and normal wear and tear and other variables that are out of our control will be taken into consideration during inspection.
